Really nice place, great location for pleasure beach. Our group has stayed here three of 4 times as it makes a great base for us for the weekend. It’s clean and modern and well equipped

Only issue is that it’s really cold on arrival. Could do with the heating being turned on an hour or 2 before in winter.

Very spacious house, had everything you needed there, close to the centre, if you needed anything you could contact the owner and they will respond straight away, bath was lovely, very homely and will definitely book again

"Fantastic property in the ideal location"

The location was fantastic, a one-minute walk from the sea. Easy access to the Pleasure Beach and to Sandcastle. There was also a tram very close to the house which ran every 10 minutes to get down to Blackpool Tower. The property was ideal with a lovely kitchen. Two reception areas both with TVs. Upstairs there were two double beds and two single beds with plenty of wardrobe space. A huge modern bathroom with bath and shower. Easy communication with the owners and I would highly recommend it.

The location was excellent for us. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable

As there was 6 adults it would have been useful to have 2 bathrooms/showers however this is a small thing we managed absolutely fine with the one

"Very good just what we needed"

As descibed. Functional and clean just what we needed. Kitchen was well stocked with pans and utensils. Good value for money.

Had to wait around to get parked up out front for the weekend but there is a car park around the back so not a big issue.

The house is to a modern comfortable style, definitely a great choice for larger groups or families compared to the hotels you get around Blackpool and would happily recommend to anyone Kitchen comes equipment with everything you should need

I would advise just a few maintenence tips, the lightbulbs in front room and dinning room need changing as they have some out and some flicker as if about to go. The blinds in one of the rooms are broken, but the curtains are there so no issue with making it dark And the bathroom window looks like it needs to be fixed or replaced but again caused no major issues
