"house is clean, apart from that unsafe would not stay of recommend"

- neighbourhood, stabbing outside house, house fire next door due to squatters - evacuated all night having to stay in pub opposite - sockets on wall not secure - uncomfortable mattress - bed frame broken - fire extinguisher out of date - rear garden area dangerous due to broken glass outside and now loose roof tiles from house fire - noisy boiler -
