Nice Spacious Cottage, well equipped

It was spacious,quiet and had a well equiped kitchen

It would benefit from a downstairs toilet for older people. 1 of the double beds was uncomfortable and the twin was tight on space.

This property was excellent and had a homely feeling to it. There were subtle extra touches that were both thoughtful and really convenient. Would stay again.

Great large three bedroom cottage. Excellent, clean and modern and refurbished. It has as great garden ideal for outside dining.

The cottage was spacious and clean.

The owners dog was constantly around. The rules were that our dogs had to be kept on leads. This was absolutely fine but not helpful when the owners dog was always about and leaving mess in our holiday area. It wasn't possible to sit outside and relax or to walk from the cottage at ease as you never knew when the dog was going to appear. I love dogs but sadly my rescues don't and the owners knew this.

Woodpecker cottage was just perfect, I booked a last minute family getaway here and we we enjoyed every moment. We made use of the patio and bbq, played in the spacious garden and the lounge was super cosy in the evenings. We baked in well equipped kitchen and slept well in the beds which were all super comfy. The rooms were decorated beautifully and we felt right at home straight away. Lovely sign to welcome us and tasty cookies on arrival. Would definitely stay again!
