We are pet friendly but generally only accept 2 dogs without prior agreement and there is a £30 pet charge payable directly. Please note if you wish to use the electric vehicle charger there is an initial charge of £30 (to be paid direct just before stay to access security) which covers up to 100kw usage. Any excess over 100kw will be charged as per our providers electricity charge per kw and will need to be paid post stay. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person’s ID and credit card.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Lovely, homely cottage directly opposite the castle - it has everything you need and in a fantastic location. It is easy to find and parking is easy. I would definitely recommend it.

"Fabulous property right under the castle and close to the beaches."

Beautiful historic old cottage with lots of charm, in a really lovely little seaside town. The house was close to the beaches, cafes and shops. We really appreciated the EV charger and being able to bring our dog. The house was very well set up for visitors and very welcoming. The kitchen was great for cooking in with lots of bowls, trays and utensils. There were also some games and plenty to do, plus some beach stuff (loungers, parasol etc). Very comfortable lounge with big sofas, and a big dining room table that we could all fit around comfortably. And a fab view of the castle from the bedroom upstairs.

Beware narrow roads leading to the property and tight parking (though there was enough for 2 cars on the property and 1 in the road). There is no view of the sea from the property, though you only have to walk for a minute or two to overlook it. The outside courtyard garden is a little bare, though does the job and we used it a lot (but no views).

We loved the mix of natural features with the modern twists. Everything had been well thought out and provided to make your stay more enjoyable and less hassle. Attention to detail was very prevalent, whilst making it a family home.
