The interior of the property and the views

Access near impossible by a large car, unless deeply familiar with the very steep and narrow access roads. Lack of a dedicated parking place by the property. The address provided was wrong.

We absolutely loved Kittiwake! From the moment we stepped through the front door, saw how clean it was, smelled how fresh it was, then espied the views (wonderful from every floor), we were utterly delighted, and felt as if we were in clover. The place is immaculate, squeaky-clean, and done out with such taste; simple, fresh colours and sea themes; just classy. We also loved the art work hanging in the rooms (bar one slightly naff one in the en-suite bedroom) - it was a pleasure to the eyes. Evenings on the decking were perfection, and the nighttime views over Kingswear were breathtaking. The only down side was the lack of parking; but this resulted in our getting fitter over the week, so nothing to really grumble about! It was quite a squeeze getting a RAV4 up Above Town to load & unload; but all part of the charm of the place, which was never intended for cars.

Nothing to dislike.

On a small note some drawers under the sink in the bathroom would be useful and a slightly larger bedside table.
