"We have stayed before and will stay again. 10 out of 10 to the owner who cares about his customers."

Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast cereals, fruits, tea, coffee, biscuits and milk provided is a lovely bonus.

Only comment is that there is no toilet brush.

A beautiful, clean, comfortable property. A lovely place to relax after work. The property is immaculate and very tastefully decorated. Thank you for a lovely stay.

gorgeous set up. fruit milk and cereal provided. towels and toiletries also provided. Ray was so welcoming and helpful giving us accurate directions to the wedding venue we were attending. will definitely stay again.

From start to finish everything was exceptional. Instructions on how to find the property, the heating was on and the place was lovely and warm, milk in the fridge, chocolate biscuits and fresh fruit as well as cereal. Everything was spotlessly clean. There was a mini cooker, which I didn't use, as well as a microwave and the kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils etc. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom had shower gel etc. I couldn't fault this place and would definitely recommend it. Thank you

A spotless and very comfortable lodge in the owner's immaculate back yard. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The accommodations was fitted out to a high standard and we were quite surprised. Great spot to stop over on our way to the north of England.

"Small but ideal lodge for short stays in the area"

A very nicely decorated and well maintained lodge , at the side of owners lawn, In a quiet location for touring the local area . Very comfortable bed. Ray was very friendly and informative . Unfortunately we only saw Melanie in their conservatory.

Just a couple of small things . A shaver light and socket in the bathroom or bedroom, and a toilet brush were the only things missing . The main lounge view is through the large window, but just looks up the drive.

Fridge made a fair amount of high pitch noise therefore not ideal for 2nd bed/overnight
