"Dos días en Inverness."

Después del shock inicial de encontrarnos con la casa sin limpiar, tal como la dejaron los anteriores huéspedes, contactamos con el responsable y reaccionó bastante bien, pidiéndonos dejáramos el alojamiento libre durante dos horas para enviar a alguien a ponerlo en condiciones. Aún así tuvimos luego que pelear con la caldera y el termostato, que estaban desconfigurados, para poder tener calefacción y agua caliente. Y aprender el funcionamiento de las cerraduras escocesas, muy diferente. Se agradecería un folleto con indicaciones sobre la casa. Aparte de eso, la casa está muy bien situada y bien equipada. aparcamiento, en el exterior aunque privado.

La encontramos, llegando mucho más tarde de la hora posible de check-in tal como la dejaron los anteriores huéspedes. Sin limpieza ni orden. El responsable lo solucionó lo mejor que pudo, pero el disgusto inicial fue grande.

Nothing in this property was acceptable. So much so we moved out the following day. We had to pay for accommodation in another hotel. We did contact the owner but got no satisfaction.

We have photographs to prove how unacceptable this accommodation was! No safety information leaflets on anything. Shower door was hanging off and filthy. No heating or hot water was unpredictable! Will i go on!!! Please contact me to discuss this to take this matter further. Not happy at all!! As for the reviews, well what can I say!
