New Cheerful Renovated Home - 5 Min to Downtown!

Place was very clean, loved that all pets are welcomed no matter what size, loved that linens and toiletries were provided, beds were comfy, nice kitchen and bathrooms, nice it has a fenced-in yard and has a washing machine and dryer. I recommend this place and would stay there again.

We understand that the place is still being fixed up and could use some new pots and pans, only one burner on stove was working, one kitchen drawer was hard to open, and sliding bedroom doors came off track, upstairs window in hall doesn't lock; otherwise, it was great.

The house was run down on the outside and it was located in an unsafe neighborhood after dark. It did not look like what was on the website. And the ice maker didn't work. There was no clean chairs in the back yard to sit down.

The inside was very clean and organized.

The house was comfortable but we never relaxed. Strange characters all day long out on their porches obviously people who live there permanently. In the evenings screaming and yelling, fighting we heard and a back alley where we are certain drug deals or something was going down and went on all night.

The listing is deceitful. This property although nice inside is in a very dangerous, filthy part of town and we had Uber drivers refuse to get us due to location.

The house is very nice, well accommodated and nicely renovated with everything you need for a comfortable stay
