100% authentic “off grid” Swedish cabin feeling, yet equipped with all necessities

Very close to the water, very few people around, cozy, homey atmosphere

Fabulous place, full of sunlight, equipped with everything one might need! The host was very kind and responsive and he sorted the sauna for us, which was a great experience next to the water. Watching the sky, while falling asleep on the sovloft was magical, highly recommended!

Nothing, it was all perfect.

The location of the house was perfect. There is also a kayak and dock that whenever you can use. Host was a super. He helped us for everything. There was a BBQ place which we used once. Parking a car is not a problem by the way. House was super quiet and every kitchen tool is in it.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Beautiful location on the water. Farmland surrounding and close to Sigtuna, with more privacy than being right in the town. Beautiful dock on the lake. The kitchen was sweet and had everything we needed. Great little cottage. The host was super friendly and available nearby, but we didn’t feel like we were in their space at all.

Bathroom sink was very small and so a bit awkward to use, and the shower had very limited hot water, although it’s no problem if you wait between showers.

All was amazing, from accomodation, locality and approach the owner (kayak, bicycle and rent a sauna). I must return yet one time a life.

For a small extra fee, the host heated us a sauna situated on the lakefront, and with wonderful views.
