House was clean. The position was good. But we couldn't stay.

Arrived at the house we find it surrounded by high snow, that was clearly there from a long time, not fresh fallen snow. Impossible to park there, the host tells us to park in the road. Which is clearly illegal. We enter the house and we find it at the same temperature as outside: -6°. The host tells us to put the heating to the maximum and that in few hours it would warm up. It was already 9pm. We had no choice then to leave and find a place in a hotel nearby. Mostly because of the parking that was really needed. The host never warned us about this, never said that he was sorry, never offered or gave a refund. Terrible.
