USUSThis property offered us everything we needed for a one week stay. I am thinking you should maybe raise the rent and replace the entry way indoor/outdoor rug - it's shredded - remove it or replace it. So how clean should it be - overall we were okay but there is a lot of detail cleaning that should be done once in awhile. The burner on the gas range was like a blow torch - probably unsafe. Refrigerator was hard to regulate. I stay in lots of houses in a year and now I take a refrigerator thermometer with me - have had food spoil as the refrigerator was not cold enough. Thermometers are cheap by the way. One plug in in the kitchen was weird - we moved the toaster daily to the dining room. Bed was really comfortable but sloppy made - as in the bottom fitted sheet was a wrinkled mess - either the mattress pad does not fit tight or the sheets did not fit right. Loved plenty of towels . Over all we loved our stay but you did ask -
USGreat location, very well equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining space, outside patio with a grill, nice toiletries.
The bed in the bedroom was too soft and the pillows too hard and not comfortable. The extra sheets for the sofa didn’t appear fresh (laundered) and we ended up not using them.
