The house was very nice and cozy. It was in a good location for persons that love to shop. I definately would stay there again. My host was awesome and was rwachable when needed.

Only issue was the there was no tv in the rooms but the front area had a large tv abd the couch was cozy.

It was clean and we got good instructions. Tv worked and wifi worked. Ability to do laundry was a big plus. Blackout curtains were great to keep out the heat. Likes the kitchen, ice, microwave, and refrigerator was great.

A lot of rules, no ceiling fans in bedroom, lighting was dim in bedrooms, no lamp in the extra room with twin beds, no wash cloths and only 1 towel per person for a 3 night stay was not ok. Couch was a sleep platform and didn’t have a back so if you wanted to sit back and relax you’d fall off the back. Maybe add an extra seating option in the living room would have been nice.

Location is great, not as busy as regular Kissimmee locations however still very close to everything!

The house was very clean and well kept. The owner was very accommodating as well. My family and I were there due to being displaced by Hurricane Milton and needed to extend our stay until we were able to go to a hotel. She was very understanding. The days were blocked out until we were able to pay for the extra days. She even refunded the cleaning fee that we were being charged as we had to schedule as a new booking. Her hospitality was greatly appreciated!
