Beautiful Family Villa - Pool and Hot Tub - Near Disney World

This home was absolutely beautiful. The decor made us want to stay even longer—it felt warm, inviting, and thoughtfully designed. Everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the bedding smelled amazing. Every detail was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would choose to stay here again and again. Highly recommended!

The home was spacious, clean, and comfortable for our family. The open layout made it easy to spend time together, and the location was great. It’s deep within a private community. You have to drive to the community center where the lazy river is and restaurants. It’s also less than 25min from Disney.

The pool required an additional heating fee that wasn’t included in the initial booking, and there were a few small maintenance issues (light bulbs out, a tricky front door lock, ice machine down ….etc etc ). None of these ruined the stay, but was worth noting to the owner.

I had reservation for 6 days but i checked out after 3 days due to completely unacceptable conditions. Upon arrival, I found hair under the sheets, on several towels, and all over the shower area. Trash from previous guests was left for three days without being collected. When I contacted the owner with photos, he responded aggressively and defensively, trying to normalize the situation. Instead of apologizing, he sent threatening WhatsApp messages about “rules.” Despite the so-called “no parties” policy, the neighbors had a loud party until 4 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. On top of that, I found dirty socks in a bedroom and even in the backyard—proof of extremely poor cleaning. The furniture was also in bad condition: broken blinds and damaged lamps, unsafe for children. I was traveling with my family, including four children, and we had no choice but to leave and spend more money to book another place. The owner refused any refund, hiding behind the “non-refundable” excuse. I have booked hotels worldwide and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Dirty, unsafe, and completely mismanaged. Avoid this property at all costs. Attached, you will find several images clearly showing: Hair on towels, in the shower, and on the floors. Trash and personal belongings left from previous guests. Dirty or dusty furniture and appliances. A stained ironing board, indicating poor maintenance and hygiene standards. Broken blinds and lamps, which posed a safety hazard to both children and other occupants. Missing few remote controls that the owner warned us to keep them safe! These conditions not only made the stay extremely uncomfortable, but also unsafe, falling far below the standards expected and advertised. I kindly request that you review this evidence promptly and update me on the progress of my case. I am seeking a fair resolution, including a refund/compensation for the inconvenience and health/safety risks caused.
