Rumah kemas bersih,kemudahan dalam rumah semua ada. Sudah beberapa kali menginap di sini sebab selesa. Boleh buat majlis harijadi kecil²an,bbq kawasan halaman luas anak² selesa bermain.

Kedai agak jauh. Ada yang berhampiran harga sangat mahal. Tak banyak pilihan pasaraya besar agak jauh dari penginapan

The shower heater is not working but we had informed the owner.

Home stay is very clean. Mount kinabalu view.Suitable for 6-7 person. There are 2 bedroom and 1 sofa bed. Bedroom 1 have 1 double bed and the other bedroom have 1 double bed and 1 double matress. I ask her for extra 1 single matress with only 20 ringgit each for extra charges.The owner also very good and very helpfull.

Time for check in must be 2pm onward even though home stay avialable. We arrived about 12 at noon but cant check in.Water heater need to be improved.

Although this guesthouse isn't the closest to Mount Kinabalu, the view from here is still absolutely stunning — you can clearly see the mountain right from the property, especially in the early morning. It’s located near Pekan Kundasang, which makes it easy to access restaurants, laundry services, and local shops — all without needing to drive far or uphill. That alone made our stay much more convenient. The guesthouse itself has a traditional kampung vibe, which is charming in its own way. It’s simple and basic, so don’t expect luxury — but if you’re looking for a down-to-earth, local-style experience with great views and good accessibility, this place is worth considering.

there wasn't breakfast included, the only thing that was pretty is that facing mount Kinabalu.

the bedroom needs to redo! the beds were sinking in for both rooms, the ceiling was filled with mold!, the pillows were clumped. I did not sleep well at all. there wasn't many pictures of the property, I choose this booking very last minute and there wasn't many pictures about the property.

Homestay. Nice place, suitable for wheelchair users. No step, ground level. Have barbecue place, have water heater, have cooking utensils.

Road is gravel. But doesn't matter, the neighbour use small car, kencil and it was rainy day. Enough traction, because it is a gravel road so not a problem.
