Rodeada de naturaleza, muy bonita la casa, grande,, las camas son súper comodas, el baño amplio.. Y otro fuera de casa por si os gusta la privacidad 😅 la piscina es bastante pequeñita pero bueno para refrescarse va bien.

Cuando llegamos la piscina daba muchísimo asco, el chico que nos atendió fue muy amable y la limpiaron a la mañana siguiente. Otra cosa es que no habia termo para el agua caliente, o si había pero estaba inactivo o dañado..

La cama era cómoda

La piscina, que estaba sucia, las hormigas de la cocina y los perros de la vecina ladrando hasta las dos de la mañana

Eigenlijk niets het zwembad had wat groter gemogen maar het water was hartstikke lekker en schoon alles kwam overeen met de foto's

Great location, few minutes to the train station.

There was a neighbour dog that barked for long time late in the night.

Маленький дом, маленький бассейн, зона барбекю очень маленькая, на кухне сложно быть двум людям одновременно. Кондиционер было сложно включить в одной из комнат :((((

САМОЕ УЖАСНОЕ, что со мной когда-либо было с booking. После пребывания в доме мы все убрали, выкинули мусор и сложили. После чего нам сказали, что мы оставили очень плохо после себя и нам выставили счет «возмещение ущерба» 200€!!! Нам сказали, что мы захлопнули дверь с ключом, я не думаю, что это стоит таких денег, у хозяев точно должны быть запасные ключи. Все хорошие впечатления стерты! Надеюсь нам никогда не придется ощущать такое отношение снова…

The property is tired and needs some investment in making some aspects acceptable and of a better quality. For example the garden gate would not open when leaving the property. I had to fix this problem. The TV did not work. There were no curtains or blinds in the bedrooms. A draw in a cupboard fell out. The door to the rooftop terrace would not open. The kitchen utensils such as the frying pans and pots were old, in a poor condition with which to cook with, and some saucepans were rusted. The swimming pool had tiles fallen off it and green algae growing inside. We asked for the ‘maintenance team’ to visit and fix things. They only managed to temporarily fix the garden gate which stopped opening again after a few days. To compound it all the property claimed we had damaged the frying pans (we only used them 3 times) and ‘burnt’ the microwave which we didn’t use at all. To this end they have refused to return our ‘damage deposit’ of 200 euros. Our conclusion is that Florit Flats is unhelpful and devious. We would not recommend staying at this property or any others run by the company Florit Flats.

Location of a place, old house, with a local feel, the little garden with the very nice verada with a big swing and a table outside was a very nice way to spend evenings or mornings chilling and listening to birds. Short (10 minutes) walk to Eliana promenade with restaurants make it a very good location. A playground just metres away. The back area of the house with a swing for children.

The layout of the house is a bit difficult to use with a long narrow corridor, the living room at the end. Barking dogs of neighbouring properties were pretty annoying in the evening and morning. Very many messages exchanged with the agency who is in charge of this property and different people writing not reading what was said before.
