THEIVES, DO NOT PAY THIS PROPERTY ANY DEPOSIT, THEY WILL NOT PAY IT BACK AND MAKE A EXCUSE TO KEEP FUNDS, I HAD A VISITOR AND THEY CLAIMED I HAD A EXTRA GUEST WHEN ON CCTV IT WAS CLEAR I DIDNT, THEY USED THAT AS A FORM OF KEEPING THE DEPOSIT, AFTER REPORTING TO BOOKING.COM THEY THEN TRIED TO FIND ANOTHER EXCUSE, DO NOT PAY THEM DEPOSIT AND IF YOU DO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHERE THE LANDLORD LIVES AND CAN BE REACHABLE AS THEY TURNED THERE PHONES OFF AFTER I CHECKED OUT AND ASKED FOR MY DEPOSIT!

STAY AWAY, THEY FIND ANY EXCUSE TO KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT, DO NOT PAY THEM A DEPOSIT.. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!!

Easy communication with the host. Minimalist interior. Deposit quickly given back after swift inspection. 3 floors and plenty of choices of where to sleep. Easy to find. Very clean.

We thought they could do with some sun loungers for the back decking. Check out was wayyy too early so I hope they will increase the time to midday then we would stay again but prefer later checkouts. Getting up early wasn't for us.

Ease of location

House was filthy. Floors dirty, stairs not hoovered, light switches and door handles grubby, toilet and shower not cleaned and left with poo stuck, cutlery drawer full of crumbs

It was clean, welcoming and a very comfortable stay. The location was perfect were we needed to be and Craig is an amazing host, I would recommend this place 100%
