Gulls Rest - Charming Cottage in the heart of historic Dartmouth

Decor was impressive. Location perfect. Really enjoyed our stay.

We’ve stayed here before. Lovely property in a great location. Just 2 notes, one of the glass tumblers had a chip in it on arrival, so I placed it in the small cupboard directly above the kitchen sink. And the kitchen window was open on our arrival too. Other than that, great stay, thank you once again.

Lovely wood burning stove and supplies of fire lighters and logs. Large kitchen diner very sociable.

3rd bedroom on the 1st floor was very dark.

Clean, cosy and with lots of great facilities. Perfect central location for exploring Dartmouth.

Is accessed via some steep / uneven steps which in the dark or rain are difficult to use safely.

Great location. Very clean and lovely decor throughout. Comfortable beds and good quality of towels, kitchen utensils/items and stocked really well. Wood burner super for colder evenings. Parking not far and permit included.

The kitchen was great. A lovely sunny spot looking out of the bay window across the roof tops. The main bedroom was charming with a great view of Dartmouth. All the extras, like the wine and biscuits, coffee machine and Netflix were much appreciated. We felt very much at home. It was a lovely place to relax and spend time in.

Only a small thing but a lamp in the bedroom off the kitchen would be a good addition
