Shieling Holidays Mull

Well located for accessing the rest of the island & very easy to find from the ferry late on Friday night. Very happy with the views & the position.

Cottage was a little basic & tired.

The welcome was friendly and informative, access to the property was straightforward, the property was exceptional as were the views. All needs were met and facilities in the property were excellent.

Stayed in the Nevis cottage, lovely size. One bed but sofa bed there also. Perfect for exploring mull and Iona, beautiful views and nice and quiet. Very helpful staff especially Iain! We will defiantly be back.

Excellent cottage in a fantastic location. Very close to ferry terminal allowing for easy travel to accommodation. Lovely scenery. Spacious living area with well equipped kitchen. Good sized bedroom with comfortable bed. Excellent bathroom.

The mattress on the sofa bed was not very comfortable.

Very poor.

Cottage was very poor. Great views, was clean. Furniture wobbly, stained, old 3 pin lamps, one channel on tv. Way too expensive. Total rip off.

The location was spectacular with views of the Sound of Mull, the mainland heights across the water, and ever-changing skies.

Ian on reception was extremely welcoming and explained all faciliaties brilliantly. The location was perfect for where we wanted to stay. and had a fantastic outlook and was private.

The 2 bedroom cottage is tired and needs updating. In addttion the one room for kitchen/dining and Lounge was too small and therefore an odd layout. The twin bedroom was really only Ok for Children and again was shabby. Curtains were thin and not hung propertly and the wardrobe was a pole screwed to the wall. The headboard detached from the bed (broke), when leant against. So, I don't think this was good value for money.

Needed some updating with the decorating. The shower was very small.
