Fantastic location, walking distance to city area, parks etc, amazing breakfasts, (host kindly made very early breakfast for us on day of Loch Ness Marathon so that we could eat before we left), great hospitality, host was really wonderful! Highly recommended!

Loved our stay, no complaints!

Excellent overall! Our hostess was fantastic and the breakfast tasty and plentiful. Spotlessly clean and only 3 rooms available so an intimate and lovely environment.

"Very nice owner who provided a great breakfast and made restaurant recommendations."

The breakfast was lovely and the owner was very friendly and accommodating. Bed was very comfortable and had a nice size bathroom.

Since it is located on a very busy street we could not have the windows open for fresh air.... too noisy with all the cars. There was a fan that helped with the heat, however it would have been nice to have air conditioning .

L'emplacement! 10 minutes à pied pour être au coeur de Inverness. Déjeuner copieux! Bien aimé notre repas au restaurant Encore une fois. Mais si on y retourne, nous commanderions seulement des entrées car elles sont vraiment délicieuses. Ne manquez pas la cathédrales qui est à 5 minutes à pied.

Our hostess made our stay wonderful. A very friendly and accommodating atmosphere. We had everything we possibly could want. The breakfast was delicious and she was able to satisfy our appetites and more, whether it be a light or full breakfast. Our room was comfortable and we felt right at home. A short walk to downtown Inverness was a bonus.

We really couldn't find anything that we didn't like.
