Location and cleanliness. It also smelt beautiful! So cosy after a day in the cold!

We stayed for a week and it was a very nice stay. You can tell the efforts Nancy and Baner put to make the place cozy and comfortable. Lots of awesome details, for example the night light under the bed/near the stairs, blankets, and outdoor furniture etc. The stuff in and out are well picked with taste, especially the bedding - I like the duvet cover and pillow cases in particular and instantly! Needless to say the stunning surroundings. Love it, thanks for hosting us!

I wish there was cooking facilities;-)

It is absolutely stunning, a 10+ place. The apartment is elegant, clean, tidy, comfortable, … the owners are kind and very nice, breakfast is extremely good. Location is good as to visit the surroundings. We were lucky to have good weather and appreciate the surroundings

Set in a very peaceful, rural area. Easy to walk and cycle into the surrounding country. Although it was the end of April, we managed to site outside by the water and enjoy the late afternoon sun with a glass of wine. It's a good location for exploring in all directions.

We would have liked something comfortable to sit on for an evening, ie a sofa. As it's 5 miles from town, then we would have liked a way of heating and eating food, ie, some cutlery, plates and a microwave. We were at fault for not looking at the details of the accommodation so it's just something to be aware of.

Simply everything. Nancy is the perfect host, charming, caring, and making one feel right at home. The place itself is lovely with a beautiful view overlooking a typical Dutch canal filled with swans, ducks and geese. We couldn't think of a more perfect stay.
