"Overall, it was a very comfortable stay for our family. The house had a lovely mountain view."

The house was well stocked with everything you need for a family to hang out and cook at home. The beds were firm and comfortable.

The AC was not working very well in the bedrooms, but the main rooms were comfortable.

Very spacious home and love the big fridge/freezer in the kitchen! The host is very prompt with communications whenever we have any questions/requests. This will definitely be our place to stay whenever our family is in Kernville!

"Beautiful stay - great family trip!"

Beautiful home and spotlessly clean. We had plenty of space and the games room/ movie room was a fun bonus. Very responsive when we had a problem with the heating and brought extra heaters when a fix couldn't be made quickly. Local town is lovely and the shops/restaurants were great quality and very friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you!

The house has plenty of room to spread out. Very nice kitchen and a great location not far from restaurants.

It really doesn't have any outdoor space... but that was ok for our group.

The apps on the TV in the basement didn’t work so we couldn’t watch anything on that Tv. The pin for the key box that they emailed us was wrong we had to wait 30 minutes to get into the house.
