"It was nice but the house needed some help. Carpet going up the stairs was very dirty, handrails up the stairs were filt"

Location and layout of the home

Sofas were absolutely filthy. They couldn’t do anything but bring us flat sheets so we could sit on it. It was so bad it looked like it should be in a curb. Pool was dirty but they did clean it for our family on the second day

"Lovely Villa, quiet location and 25 minutes from Disney."

The key pad entry made it very easy. Casiola homes were very supportive through our stay, and very quick to respond.

The only Improvement would be having a few more instructions, gate entry code , knowing the trash is stored daily within the bench and not a wheelie bin.

Loved the Villa ot was beautiful. The amenities were. great (a little crowded at times but great). The private pool was a plus when the other pool was crowded. Nice friendly vibe from all staff. Beautiful area.
