The location was good, though getting up the hill could be a problem for anyone with walking difficulties

The bathroom was lacking in surfaces/ shelves to put anything down. The shower in the bath was difficult to use. The second bedroom was very small and lacking in space to store anything (The cupboard was full of cleaning materials and there were very few hangars

location is great, walking distance everywhere. It is up a small hill but manageable. Fantastic view from the living room window. For those with cars, the apartment provides a parking permit at the Mayor's Car Park which is very useful. There are also 2 hours free parking in front of the apartment after 9am, and free parking at night.

Location close to ferry, shops, river, cafes, coast path, comfortable sitting room, and wonderful view from the front window. Well equipped and clean.

Instructions in the folder not to recycle cardboard/ plastic/food waste but to put all in a single black bag.

Apart from the lounge, the flat was dark and bedrooms small. The double bed was far too close to the wall but would not fit anywhere else. Very uncomfortable to get past when getting in and out of bed.The pillows were thin and there were no spare ones. Also, no pillow protectors.. Spare bed only had one pillow so insufficient for a third visitor should there be one. Bedside lights not stong or large enough to read by. The bathroom lacked a shelf under the mirror for toothpaste, brushes etc. NO BATH MAT PROVIDED therefore a slip hazard. We did go and buy one! Washing machine did not function so I had tocontact staff who did organise the job. It would really be better if there was a washer/dryer as opposed to a very small clothes airer!. The lounge kitchen area was adequate, but minimal. No wash up brush, only 1 cloth supplied and no kitchen roll . Finally in the entrance hall directly behind the main front door there is a well in the floor area for a coconut matting however the matting is much lower than than the well area thereby causing it to be a trip hazard. We were very disappointed as we are regular visitors to Dartmouth and other apartments have been fantastic in every way. I do hope that you make some changes as these comments are given in a positive way to enable you to hopefully address at lesst some of them.
