2 Dartview - Close to the Water, River Views, Ground Floor Access

More and better coat hangers, more crockery. Cooker hob didn't work.

Great location with a lovely view over the river Dart. Shops and restaurants were just a couple of minutes walk from the house. Lovely cosy living room.

The main bedroom was not as warm as the rest of the house.

Wonderfully situated , beautiful views across the river Dart to Kingswere from front window . Close access to shops , food , pubs . Refreshing uplifting coastal path walks to Dartmouth Castle with stunning views. Steam Train GWR to Paignton & return on river ferry , Wow !

A roast dinner Sundays only . A salad garnish used to be included with meals everywhere & is now a side order , a meal looks so sad & unloved without creativity .

Dampness of the main bedroom

We loved the view and the lounge area. The place was well equipped and we had all we neaded for our stay. It was.very close to shops and pubs. The view from the lounge window was beautiful

The bathroom tiles need groating they were black in places as was the shower door.The back bedroom was so damp the carpet felt wet and the bed felt damp at night My clothes were damp after being hung in the wardrobe. The second bedroom with single bed was fine

The view from the lounge overlooking the estuary was so lovely. It was an easy walk to the river, pubs and shops. Dartmouth is a great place.

We stayed during good summer weather but I imagine in colder weather the bedrooms would have felt dark, cold and probably damp, only because it’s an old building built up against a stone cliff.
