Luxury and comfort in La Marina, with sea views at El Pinet beach

Excellent property. I have found alot of these properties to be empty of all but 3 towels and some toliet roll, but this is clearly a property where items left by previous tenants can support the next tenants. Washing machine is an essential requirement to our bookings (travel light and in the heat, makes it essential). Swimming pool was excellent and cleaned regularly. No complaints with the kitchen and lounge and having 2 bathrooms (with 2 showers) is brilliant. Roof top terrace was also brilliant and looks right over the pool.

Could do with a welcome information packet, with local information, places to go, where to go for the bins (and which bins to use), etc.. then some information on check out 'need to knows'. Kitchen can certainly do with a microwave, through in fairness you have every other kitchen equipment and utilisal imaginable in there, so there wasn't an issue using the hob.

Lovely location and great proximity to pool and beach. Really well equipped and comfortable seating and beds.

We know the area so had brought plenty of provisions with us, but just be aware there are no shops or supermarkets within walking distance. No microwave

The house is ideally situated in a quiet area with holiday homes 500 m from the lovely beach area. Shops are only a 5 min drive and Elche and Alicante within 25 mins. Airport 20 min. The nights were fresh in February so using the available airco’s was very helpful. Beds were good and the kitchen and batchrooms clean and practical. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Tiziana, 2 bottles of wine and fruit and water😊. A special thanks to Tiziana for her help and suggestions for culture and food.

We were very positive. The house was charming and comfortable. Some of the furniture is getting a bit ‘used’. We enjoyed our spring week and would certainly come back

The house was comfortable and clean, everything was as expected. The agent, Tiziana, who met us with the keys was charming and helpful. I would come here again. It was home from home as the cupboards were full of the basic essentials.
