5 bedroom home in Langebaan, located close to Club Mykonos and Laguna Mall

The house was perfect.

The property itself was clean, comfortable and overall we had a decent stay. The house had everything we needed and in many ways the experience was enjoyable.

there were two major concerns that left us disappointed. Firstly, there is an active camera facing the entertainment/patio area. While the host explained that it was there for security purposes and stated that it does not record audio, it still made us feel uncomfortable during our stay as guests trying to relax privately outdoors. We also feel this should have been communicated more clearly upfront. Secondly, communication from the host during an important issue was very poor. The house experienced a power outage while neighbouring properties still had electricity. I tried calling and messaging multiple times without any response. Ironically, when the contractors/workers next door contacted the host, he answered immediately. A caretaker later arrived and the issue turned out to be the main switches needing to be turned back on. Despite this, there was never any follow-up message from the host afterward to check whether everything was okay. Overall, while the property itself was fine, the privacy concerns and lack of communication during a problem would personally prevent us from booking this property again.

Loved the peace and quiet of the area, the house exceeded our expectations and the owner is such an amazing person. I will most definitely stay there again as our fur babies were able to join us!! Thank you Jacques, you made us feel most welcome!! See you again, soon!!
