The property was not as it was listed. We were very surprised upon our arrival the “HUGE FLOOR PLAN HOUSE “ was actually a pool house/guest house/Casita. Although the house host was very pleasant, she allowed us to go through with our plans of having some of the members of our team stay. It was not as described in the details provided, and I just think that if you’re going to advertise a private home people should know that one the main house is right next-door and that other vehicles will be sharing the driveway so to not be alarmed that we are arriving that there’s other people that will be there. Because it wasn’t a house per se, and we didn’t get the square footage as it is listed two members of our staff were forced to go and rent a hotel at a different location and you can imagine how difficult that would be with it being memorial day holiday. Now again, the host accommodated as best she could however, it could’ve been Cleaner the description is very off. I think that it needs to be said first and foremost what the house is it is a guest house in the description is stated. “Bedroom 1:1 twin bed Bedroom 2:2 twin beds,2 full beds.” it does not say bedroom 1:1 Queen and bedroom 2:2 It was not extremely close to the strip where the boys from the team could walk like we assumed it was a few miles out which of course causes have to drive onto the street again in memorial day traffic. I just think all in all if the description have been a little bit clearer we would’ve avoided renting not because it was a bad place or bad location, but because it wasn’t accommodating for our group size.

The property owners locked my husband, so and daughter in law out after they returned home from a conference the first night. The police were called and a report was issued. Do not rent from these owners!

My bed was comfortable. The kitchen was a positive if you need a kitchen, which we did not.

First of all, what I didn't appreciate was the inconsistency between the owner and the website. Although I saw pictures of the "house", as it was stated it was a house, in all actually it was a "guest house" in the backyard. Which indeed it did have. This guest house was indeed behind a gate that was continuously propped open with a large rock. That is inconsistent with the Booking.com description of "very private, gated, house". Upon arrival we were confused as there were 2 cars parked in the driveway. We thought for sure we were scammed and would not have a place to sleep. Had we known it was the GUEST HOUSE there would have been no confusion. As we slowly drove by the property a woman drove up and got out of her vehicle and walked over to us to see if we were the renters. All made sense as she lead us to the guest house in the back. BTW There were very long tree branches that scraped the top of our car as we drove into and out of the driveway. Before arrival I asked owner how do I gain access to the home? The reply was "the key will be left under the mat". I mentioned the website said someone will meet me at the property. Renter stated some people do not like to have contact. Ok. Cool. Under the mat it is. That qas not the case. Before we could even enter the guest house, (we just got out of the car and took a few steps) the woman who lead us to our sleeping quarters was mostly concerned about us TAKING ONE extra guess . I explained, my cousin was able to take the day off work and join us, no big deal as we were renting the whole house and we had access to 3 beds. Since the website stated an extra person was only $50. I figured no harm done since it's not like we needed an entire diffrent building or even room for that matter. And it was not like it was twice the cost of the rental. So we proceeded to enter the building and we were shown around.
