Clean and cosy apartment, just like in pictures. Comfortable bed, very nice bathroom.

Next to the apartment there is a building under renovation. Construction works begin at 8, with hammers and drills. Not exactly perfect for vacation. Also, non-negotiable check out at 10 is greatly unfair, since checkin starts ar 15. Not really hospitable. Pity

Costs extra for cleaning

very friendly owner Matteo waited us even we arrived in delay due to traffic on the highway, the Sea Room highly reccomanded even a little bit expensive, location in the middle of Letojanni, a large selection of restaurants and bars, good connection to Etna and Taormina

The mattresses were fantastic ! Best we ever slept on on holiday and the staff were very helpful . We had to book at the last minute as another accommodation we had booked and paid for weeks before cancelled us the minute that we arrived . Made us walk for almost an hour around the same 4 streets ( after a 15 hr train ride ) to then show us an apartment that was not suitable for us and below par . ( they did refund the money on asking ) anyway so there I was at Letojanni with a very upset crying child at 5pm with no accommodation for us . We found the Sea Apartments quickly , they answered quickly & were happy to help us , the one we booked was on the ground floor as it was one of 2 available on booking . Com at that time within our budget ( under £1000 for the week ) . Clean and functional & private 1. Great fluffy towels 2. Great shower 3. Ground floor 4. Very helpful at last minute booking 5. Brilliant mattresses 6 . Brilliant split system air conditioning 7. Good for a couple 9. Lovely soothing grey blue & white modern decor and all new 10. Close to everything Beach , restaurants , brilliant mini supermarket / green grocer

1. Very close to restaurants so we didn’t sleep for the first 2 nights as it was a weekend & one of the beach stabilimenti had a DJ who was stuck on techno music from the 90s until 3 am 2. The room is really only suitable for a couple if staying longer than a day or 2 . 3. Kitchen is only 2 burners & all in same room so very difficult to cook there so we ate out . 4. Poor ventilation as ground floor room is either a converted garage space or shopfront . The only window is your front sliding door , you can have it open if you don’t want privacy from everyone walking around Letojanni & the workers at the restaurant . If you want privacy window / door must be closed . Perhaps if the scrim curtains were fuller and more gathered otherwise ppl can just see through the ones that they have . Some towel racks and hooks in bathroom may help Not suitable for more than a couple in my opinion A bit overpriced for what it is
