Host & Stay - The Seel Street Townhouse

Brilliant location, very comfortable and clean and modern apartment found it brilliant for the whole family

it was really spacious, great location. served the purpose of our stay really well

we liked most of the property, although we had to get chairs from other rooms to all fit in the front room together

Very close to liverpool one, nightlife etc. Perfect for a big group to stay together. Comfortable and Clean.

Heating wouldn’t work in living room or main bedroom. Bathroom door and main bedroom door wouldn’t shut close.

The property was perfect and central but it was very noisy . I know we were told it was known to back ground noise but that’s an understatement. It was very noisy and no one got any sleep . But for a hen weekend we could tolerate it , the place was lovely but very dirty . The place had to be hoovered upon on arrival due to thick dust it clearly hadn’t been freshly cleaned but overall it was a nice apartment , but be prepared for noise , ideal only for hens and stags .

Location was perfect being in the centre of the entertainment with local amenities within walking distance. The apartment was well equipped and very clean.

Parking is difficult and limited near the property being in the centre of town. You have to use private or metres street parking which can be difficult for those with mobility issues.

Location

This property was listed and we paid for 7adults. On arriving at the property we had to ring to get a code to get in. No one answered for 20mins. They then only told us in the phone they needed a £250 security deposit. Then we went into the property and realised there was only 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 sofa beds for 7 work colleagues. When we rang they said they made a mistake and gave the bigger apartment downstairs to a different group by mistake and nothing could be done. It ruined the trip and some adults went and got rooms elsewhere. They didnt care.

the location of the apartment is perfect, short walk away from liverpool nightlife/food places/shopping. the apartment itself was very clean and modern, perfect for a weekend away.

the noise from the clubs are the apartment is very loud and some of us did find it a bit difficult to sleep. also the we stayed on the bottom floor apartment and the bin was right outside our door which was full and left a really awful smell which kept coming into the apartment.

Amazing stay! Communication between myself and the host was amazing - any questions I had were answered very quickly. Ideal location, couldn’t have asked for better! Within walking distance of all amenities. Apartment was clean, cosy and had everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone coming to Liverpool.

No huge faults. Only thing to be weary of is the noise at nighttime but that is expected! We didn’t mind at all, but just to bear that in mind.
