Please note the following rules : 1. Legal formalities In accordance with Moroccan law, all travelers must present a valid passport upon arrival. 2. Access and visitors Access is strictly reserved for the people named on the reservation. No outside people may be accommodated in the accommodations. 3. Parties and disturbances Parties, festive gatherings, and any noise disturbances are strictly prohibited. The peace and quiet of the neighborhood and the residence must be respected at all times. Loud music and excessive noise are prohibited, especially between 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. 4. Rental conditions In accordance with the provisions of the Moroccan Penal Code, cohabitation in the same accommodations is strictly reserved for legally married couples who hold a valid marriage certificate. Given that access to the Riad is independent, it is the tenant's responsibility to comply with the legislation in force. In the event of an inspection by the competent authorities, the owner declines all responsibility for any infringements resulting from noncompliance with this obligation. This provision does not apply to foreign tourist couples, who are not subject to this legal requirement. 5. Tobacco and prohibited substances The Riad is nonsmoking. However, smoking is permitted on the outdoor terraces. The introduction of illegal substances, dangerous products, or prohibited items is strictly prohibited. 6. Animals Animals are not allowed in this accommodations. 7. Photography and filming Any photographic or video filming activity in the Riad, whether for profit or not, is strictly prohibited without the prior explicit written authorization of the owner. 8. Failure to comply with the rules Failure to comply with these rules may result in the immediate cancelation of the stay, without refund, with the possibility of intervention by the police if the accommodations is not vacated on time. 9. Liability The owner cannot be held liable in the event of a serious accident or death occurring in the accommodations. Travelers must ensure that they have taken out insurance covering accidents, incidents, or any repatriation costs.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
