Location and facilities

Fatima was nice and her breakfasts were good.

This was the third riad I have stayed at in Marrakech in the last 6 months and by far the worst one (space, maintenance, state of items, bathrooms...) and expensive for what it offers. I understand space is what it is, but could be kept better, improve bathrooms,.

Lovely private house, everything you need and in a great location in the Medina, close to the main square but still very quiet. The entrance door is at the end of a small alley, this feels a little creepy but once you're inside, the place is really nice. Breakfast is fine, would be nice to get some fresh fruit as well.

We came with our own car and we really struggled to find parking nearby. The property management really could improve on providing directions to nearby parking. Even though we asked a few times, we were just told to come to the main square but there is no way you can park on the main square so that really wasn't helpful. This delayed our check-in quite a bit.

Brilliant location, quiet but central. Lovely decor and set up. Host was brilliant, great communication and customer service. Breakfast was really nicely done by the host.

Twin beds were uncomfortable and noisy

We loved that the location was in the centre of the Medina right by the spice square and the breakfasts were cooked everyday by the wonderful Fatima!

The wifi was a bit weak in areas of the property and if travelling in the winter months be sure to bring warm clothing for the evenings , we were not so prepared.

A beautifully renovated house in the middle of the medina. It is located at the end of a dead end street and is surprisingly quite. Breakfast is rather basic but certainly OK, and prepared by a very friendly woman. I would certainly recommend this property.
