Exactly what we needed peaceful comfortable and had everything we needed. Good dog walks outside the doors.

Excellent location great for visitors with dogs. Decorated and furnished to a high standard with good quality goods. Everything you need for a home from home.

Could do with one king size bed as it was a little comfy for myself and husband, both like to have our space in bed 😆

Die gemütliche Atmosphäre, die Auswahl der Farben, die liebevoll restaurierten Möbel, das Feeling eines englischen Cottage. Wir kamen spät abends, fast schon nachts an und wurden sehr positiv überrascht. In jedem Zimmer war eine alte liebevoll restaurierte Kommode und in größeren Schlafzimmern oben waren kleine begehbare Schränke. Der Hinterhof ist so schön Englisch, um uns herum nur die Felder, auf einem grasten noch Schäfchen. Ein paar Schritte weiter ist ein Dorfladen und eine schöne Kirche. In circa 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man einen lokalen Pub. Unser Hund liebte das kleine, gemütliche Wohnzimmer. Falls man im Winter verreist, kann man ganze 2 Öfen anmachen. Insgesamt ein schönes Häuschen.

Man kann nicht sagen, dass uns etwas nicht gefallen hat. Wobei man aufpassen sollte, sind die Stufen der Treppe. Aber alles ist dick gepolstert 😄

Really lovely cottage in a sweet little village. It wasn't hard to find and had everything we needed. We had very warm weather but the cottage kept cool which was amazing, it was clean throughout and had a really cosy feel. All the rooms were a good size and very comfortable, and had plenty of space in and out to accommodate for my assistance dog. The cottage wasn't too far from amenities and we enjoyed walks around the cottage and to the Royal Oak Inn, where the food and drinks were amazing and reasonably priced. You could get to the beach within 20 minutes and also into Louth town center in about the same time which has beautiful views along the way in each direction. The hosts were lovely and very accommodating, easy to talk to and had left some welcome snacks when we arrived. All in all a great place to stay and we will definitely be going back!

The double beds were a little small than what we're used to but nothing to grumble about! Very comfy and we took our own bedding to keep the room as dog free as possible!

Our second visit to this delightful cottage and it won’t be our last! Peaceful surroundings and the house itself is modern and comfortable. Stairs are quite steep as some people have commented on but they were not a problem at all for us. Lovely countryside walks in all directions from the doorstep!

Lovely property in a nice area of Lincolnshire we usually stay in properties in the south of the county, these were already booked so we were pleased to discover this little gem, so much so we have booked again! Pleasant walks from the doorstep it has everything you need for a relaxing break.

The location is fabulous and the cottage is stunning and a beautiful front garden. It has everything you need for your stay and extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The owners left a plum bread and also some milk in the fridge which we thought was a lovely touch and also messaged to see if we were ok or needed anything . We would most definitely stay there again and can't recommend it enough . Thank you Paula and Paul for the best cottage we have stayed in ever. 😁 Also met some lovely people in the village and have to say a big thank you too to the lovely couple who have the village store...I don't know how they do it but stock literally everything you could possibly need.

Everything was just perfect! The location, It was really clean. We felt being in our home. Lovely and peaceful place. I would definitely use them again.
