The location was perfect. The setting of the cottage was lovely. So many pluses to it. The garden is beautiful, perfect for my little pooch. Fields to go walking in. Pub, cafe. 25 minutes to Mablethorpe. The accommodation was excellent. Very clean everything you needed and more!! Paul was lovely The owner. Will definitely be recommending and will be returning for another lovely break. The best accommodation I have stayed in with my pooch. My partner had the best nights sleep! Such a peaceful relaxing homely cottage.

Church Farm is beautifully renovated farm house set in its own grounds in a little village in the countryside. A huge amount of effort has been made to make the cottage a real home from home. It has footpaths directly from the garden across the surrounding fields, and is less than 30 minutes drive to miles and miles of beautiful golden sandy beaches, which even in August weren’t busy. We had 9 year old twins with us, and it was the perfect location! A great experience for them watching the corn fields being harvested too! We had such a out chilled week, loved the quiet roads, and the flatness of the area was very much a novelty! I would return to & recommend this place in a heartbeat! Thank you x
