Appartamento molto carino … pulito e con tutti i comfort. Ci eravamo già stati in precedenza e, come allora, lo abbiamo trovato eccellente.

I was a bit away from the road and still fast on the street, if I wanted to reach my goals quickly locally. In terms of accommodation, I am always satisfied in Abruzzo, because the Italians let me live in their culture, which can be shaped by decades earlier - so how their ancestors lived - in living style. I love the earthquake city and to be able to live in its tradition is a complementary joy for me. If you are not interested in original and genuine, qualitative culture, you should go to a 4 or 5 star shed and there you can find IKEA equipment (nothing against it, tastes may be different)

I am so very thankful that I was able to stay at this property. It was a late night in L’Aquila, and this was the only available spot within budget. Due to it being after midnight, I was confused on the booking. I booked for 8th of April, thinking it was technically still the 8th. Thankfully, they were able to take me in. Not to mention, quick responses from the owner. A very beautiful property as well. I would stay here again if I were in a pinch! Thanks again!

The doors!! They were so loud, and I was trying to be as quiet as possible since everyone was asleep. But other than that, I quite enjoyed my stay here

Nothing

Very nice host, didn’t see much of him which was fine. Apartment was clean and very spacious. Fantastic quality for the price.

Shower wasn’t the best, small and the shower door didn’t close properly and shower head holder was loose. Also quite far from central L’Aquila.

Very convenient location, everything is half an hour by foot away from the place.

The mattress in bed was very uncomfortable, the springs go into the back.

Nice room with a private bathroom and toilet. The garden in the residential area was also fine.

The location was not ideal (it is a bit further from the city centre).
