Moufid has been helpful and friendly.

It had a real Moroccan feel to it. Shop and 2 places to eat within the raid. We used the pool which was nice but it didn’t have many good places to sit. Our host was very pleasant and helpful

No hot water.

The only good thing about this property is the location.

We had no hot water for the duration of our 4 day stay. I constantly contacted the host who would send someone who would 'fix' it and when we would arrive back at the apartment it would be in the same or worse condition. We bathed/brushed our teeth/washed our hands in cold water. The Riads cleanliness was 0 - ants everywhere, towels were musty and had stains on them. No cooking facilities provided - no microwave, kettle or toasted. It took 2 days of asking to be finally given an iron - no bins provided either. Honestly, just avoid at all costs. The Riad did not even match up to the photos provided.

Everything was perfect, very clean, comfortable, huge house Owner was very kind and careful great position, the pool and garden was amazing. Best place in Marrakesh so far!
