L’espace du logement très appréciable pour 7 personnes ainsi que les équipements. L’allée avec les entrées de Riad a fait son effet. L’hôte est très agréable et très réactif et arrangeant. Il est aux petits soins et c’est très rassurant quand on vient d’un autre pays.

La « salle de bain » du rez-de-chaussée n’est pas du tout adaptée. C’est un placard qui a été aménagé ce qui fait que c’est tout le temps inondé et beaucoup trop petit. Il n’y a pas de prise dans les salles de bain. Un double de clés est primordial quand on est nombreux ; ça a manqué car la porte ne peut pas se fermer sans et si on embarque la clé ça coupe tout. Un lave vaisselle serait un + surtout pour les familles nombreuses. La cuisine mérite un petit coup de rafraîchissement. La piscine est beaucoup trop fréquentée l’après-midi ce qui rend la baignade quasiment impossible, et les règles affichées pour les bassins ne sont pas respectées, ni même par le maître nageur qui fumait quand il pouvait en se cachant sur un transat !

L'endroit est très agréable, aussi bien pour les familles que pour les groupes, tout est à disposition. Piscine, restaurants... Pour moi, c'est le meilleur endroit où séjourner à Marrakech.

Beautiful property with so much space! It’s a lovely location, close to the centre and attractions but also away from the busyness. We were a group of 5 and we had more than enough space for all of us. The terrace is a lovely addition too. The host is so, so lovely. He picked us up from the airport and also arranged for a driver to take us and pick us up from different places throughout our stay. Honestly can’t believe the value for money and would highly recommend!! Just be aware that the shops and restaurants in the area are all cash only and wait until you arrive at the residence to withdraw cash. (Airport ATM charges €21) Thank you so much for a wonderful stay ❤️

The pool can be busy, so arrive at opening time if you want a sunbed!

Perfect location and Anis was very helpful, he responded very quickly, there are 2 grocery shops,5 restaurants close by, nice pool and it’s close to Medina. I posted a photo of the travel agency, the owner was very helpful, we got 2 trips with him

Nothing it was all perfect.

The property was quite spacious and the owner was quite helpful in arranging a pickup from the airport for 15€.

There was no hot water after taking a single shower which was a huge problem for a group of 7. While the property advertised to have 3 bathrooms it only had 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet without a washbasin to wash hands making it pretty much useless. Also no toiletries were provided.
