Sehr gute Lage, Parkplätze vor der Tür. Es war alles sehr sauber und es gab in der Küche fast alles was braucht.

We stayed here with two kids (4 year old + newborn) for 9 days. The apartment is very spacious, very conveniently located, and has everything you need when traveling with kids. All rooms have A/C. Pool is only a 5min walk. You can park you car in the street in front of the apartment for free. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood. Location is very convenient when you want to explore the island a bit.

When you’re used to a 180cm wide bed, the bed in the main bedroom is pretty small (for two adults). We eventually decided to sleep in the other room where we basically moved the two single beds together.

Zeer slechte kleine smalle bedden met slechte kussens, De matras leek of je op plank sliep. Dubbel bed is 1,40m voor 2 volwassenen echt smal. Hierdoor geen fijne nachtrust.

The property management company were second to none. Carlos came the following morning to introduce himself. The property was super clean, and we had a clean, a towel and sheet change during our stay which was an unusual bonus for us. Also, the sheets, pillow cases, towels were all of a good quality. The AirCon was brilliant in all the rooms. The washing machine and dishwasher were great and seemed new. Plenty of cutlery and delf and glasses available. Nice outside space, though we did experience neighbour noise for sure.

The double bed was not as comfortable as I would like - perhaps it was the mattress topper which I found to be too hot and soft. Also, I didn't find the pillows comfortable. The bathrooms, especially the shower room, really need an overall upgrade. The kitchen could do with an upgrade, tired looking, with a fridge that needs replacing. The weather was hot but the fridge wasn't cold enough and so our drinks were not as cold as we might have liked. A lot of ice build-up in both the fridge and freezer. I guess the most disappointing aspect was cockroach evidence. We had at least six large ones (that we know of) during our stay and we had to plug up all sink/shower holes etc in the event they were coming in through same. Space at bottom of both front and back doors for them to enter in. Not had a cockroach in anywhere we have stayed in a long time. They were also be evident in the area outside on the pavements when we would be walking home at night.

The villa is modern with every convenience you could ask for, immaculate inside and out, the rental company went to the next level to keep you informed and making sure you were happy.We went in may, most of the places by the beach were closed, only the Italian restaurant was open, the bruscheta was out of this world, service was very friendly and not over bearing, highly recomended, we spent most evenings at the yumbo centre in the town, the taxi cost about 8 euros one way, the villa is close to everything you could want to see and i think a visit in june would of been a bit more interesting as more local places would of been open, saying that Maspolomas is a 15 minute walk away and is very much less sleepy.

We hired a car from top car rentals at the airport terminal......Do Not Go There, never had a problem with them in Fuerteventura......But, on arrival i was asked for 45 euros to not pay a deposit on the credit card, its sneakily sold as extra insurance, not impressed, then given parking bay instructions with No Car....Twice, spent an hour looking for these cars, finally got the fella out of the booth to show me where the car was? It wasnt there, no appologies, no compensation, please do not use this company....and i booked it through Booking.Com.
