Boundary Cottage

The cottage was in a great location and we had a lovely stay. My two little puppydogs enjoyed it too. Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to stay again.

The location and size of the property

Just not clean floors and poor kitchen (worn around the edges ) needs some love Needs a restock of trays etc and kitchen utensils

Lovely peaceful location but still within easy travelling distance to York and the coast. Property is furnished to a very high standard.

Properly would be ideal for two couples with two bedrooms and two quality bathrooms. So the two of us had a bathroom each.

Everything about the cottage was beautiful, pub down the road serving nice food. And Pickering is a great place to travel to Whitby Scarborough

All the rooms were very nice and well equipped. We sat outside for a short time in the sunshine. It would be very nice on summer evenings.

The water suddenly stopped late on the second evening. We had.been told at our hotel the previous weekend about water stoppages, so we presumed the same thing had happened here. Luckily, next day the water was fine (after a splutter from the taps).

Location of the property was excellent. Plenty of of good eating places within 5 mile radius. Lovely to have Christmas decorations in property. Bathrooms/showers were excellent. Cottage was lively and warm considering g it was December. Tastefully furnished throughout.

Facilities were good just a suggestion but we couldn’t find a toast rack and that would be helpful. .

A beautifully presented property. Andrew and Hayley the owner’s, were on hand if you needed anything. The location is ideal and in easy reach of both Pickering and Malton towns. The property is very spacious and clean and also pet friendly. You also have use of their large field to exercise your dog. All in all a wonderful couple of nights and we would highly recommend it and we will definitely be returning.

The only thing that would have made it even better for us, would be that the garden was fully enclosed for the dog.
