Great location and facilities especially for family with little kids.

Acommodation Quality: the property was very well kept, we didn't have any issues with cleanliess. Everything was really comfortable, and the property had everything that a guest could want from utensils, to cleaning materials to washin machine and dryer, bathroom equipment, laundry baskets. They really thought of everything and this was esepcially helpful since the property was located pretty far from town. Everything worked well, everything was stocked well, we had everything that we needed. Service: we never interacted with the property manager, the only contact we had with staff was the customer service line and they wee super quick to respond, really friendly and helpful. The property through Booking.com also sent us messages ahead of time with what we needed to know, and also a guidebook for the house and nearby things to do, everything was generally set up really well and we knew what and who we needed to reach out to if needed. Facilites: Parking was great, we had two cars and we were able to park one right next to he front door and another one just about a metre away at their carpark. This was SUPER helpful, as we we worried we may have to park far away. We felt really safe during the stay, there were no security issues. Value for Money: It was definately worth a stay here, and we got what we paid for plus a little more in my opinion. Its a great place for a big group of friends or even a big family. We had 5 people, and we had lots of rooms, and everything was so well stocked there was enough of all amenities to go around. Overall, we had a really great stay. We were comfortable and had everything we needed. Just had a couple of cons, or things to be aware of for people to know below.

1. Our biggest CON was having the property located on a golf field, which for some people may be an attraction. For us we were looking to have a private and quiet getaway. Our villa was located right beside one of the tees, which meant people, often large groups with children kept coming up all the time. We didn't mind this until we had to close our curtains and loose the view the property had because people kept peaking in, and sometimes the groups we really loud and noisy. We really didn't like this, and felt like we lost our privacy at times and also lost the ability to make full use of the view of the mountains we had because we had to keep closing the curtains. However, if you dont' mind people going past then it shouldn't be a problem as some people did keep to themselves. 2. A minor con is the location of the actual property. The drive to Matarangi was pretty windy, and because of the weather we had at the time, the drive was pretty hard with the rain. It also made it a little difficult to see other towns, or go into Whitianga or Coromandel town centre because it was located about 30-40 minutes from the other places, and you had to keep driving up and down. If you're not planning on leaving the property often, this shouldn't be a problem!

Location was perfect. Had everything we needed. Probably one of the best houses we have rented.
