Brilliant location, a peaceful oasis in the medina, lots of space, Ali and Yassine were both very helpful and Latifa cared for us with so much kindness

Wonderful location with easy access to the main eyespots in Marrrakech. Amazingly wuiet considering it’s proximity to the souk and main pedestrian thoroughfares. Would absolutely stay again.

Stunning and very peaceful Riad, but also so close to the hussle and bussle of the Médina, souks and restaurants. Latifa made us lovely brekky every morning, which we ate by the pool. Had an excellent welcome with detailed recommendations for the city. Transport also arranged to and from airport. Would highly recommend and definitely love to stay here again if in Marrakech!

I booked the riad for a family holiday, where we could be centrally located on the old city but able to travel out on day trips. I wanted something in the old city not in a touristy hotel - so my choices are not the basic tourist package. For me, the riad needed to be beautiful, a cultural experience, with excellent service available - and this one ticked all the boxes! Ali, whose family home this was, was an excellent host and dropped in when needed and gave good travel advice as well. Letifa, the housekeeper/ cook, was star, exceeding expectations and preparing delicious breakfasts even when we needed to leave extra early on day trips - but more than that, she seemed really keen that the family was happy. I knew the riad was a good find when I booked it, but by the end of the holiday my expectations were exceeded.

Not much that I didn’t like. It is in the medina (old town) so if you want a ‘Holiday Inn’/ big hotel vibe, this may not be for you.

Service was super.

Everything. Ali, Yassin, and Latifa were all helpful. Perfect for family and friends who want an exclusive place for themselves. Tuck away from the busy streets, but close enough where the actions are. Close to Jemaa El-Fnaa. The Souq can be confusing to navigate at first, so better ask the host to arrange your airport transfer.

Although the pool is heated, it is not warm enough for us (Asians). There was a problem with the payment, so I had to pay the host outside the platform (money transfer). It was my first time, so I was anxious, but Booking.com helped to make sure that I am sending the payment to the host and not to someone else.

So big and spacious, perfect location as it’s based literally around the corner from the Madinah. Very clean and felt like being at home, was able to tan and layout on the top floor on the sun beds and they also had an outside shower for you to cool down. Honestly couldn’t fault the property one of my best stays abroad.

EVERYTHING, I could not fault it at all. The staff Ali and Latifah were absolute saints, tended to all of our needs and Latifah made a beautiful breakfast each morning and dinners. Such a sweet, kind and amazing woman she deserves everything. Ali was also so helpful, on arrival Ali gave us a map and showed us where to go and where not to go as tourists. Always available to answer questions on WhatsApp and just genuinely so helpful at all times! I can’t put into words how great they both were. Ali also arranged for a taxi to collect us from the airport which of course went smoothly.

An oasis of calm within the chaos of the Medina. Getting into the pool after returning from the 39 degrees heat outside was amazing!

No tv, so we were unable to watch the Champions League Final!
