"Hidden Gem Langebaan"

Very private Estate, house big and spacious and very clean.

Cupboard space in main bedroom not enough, can not hang shirts/dresses. King-size bed with two mattresses but one higher than the other, not very comfortable and in winter need a extra blanket.

"We never stay , one accommodation was available the other wasn’t, the photos show beaches in front,"

The agent or owner completely busy cheating clients, He booked another house for us , when we reached, his one house was available, but the other wasn’t, we wait there until 8:45 pm then we drive back to Cape Town at night and get accommodation after a struggle at 2am , That day we drive from George to Hidden hell, the owner or agent of that property give us a terrible experience in my life, the children was sleeping in the car, If booking.com providing services through the agent like this , no one will book agai , we booked another property on 14 January through bnb and get exclusive accommodation and services, He still don’t want to refund our 2 deposits, one was through booking.com , the other he did directly, look like he approach customer for direct booking and then play with them , since 15 January we requesting for refund he promising every day , but until now he don’t refund and now he say he is not responsible for that 22nd booking, Although we paid to his account,

If they should provide us accommodation, which was paid to them , and we should sleep after whole day driving from George with children,

"qe had a pleasant stay would recommend you take images of everything that is broken as you will be blamed for things tha"

the property is very isolated and quiet perfect for time away from the hustle and bustle

the owner accused my child of breaking a blind that was broken when we got to the property and we lost our security deposit of R2500 because of this please make sure you take images of each and every item before you even lay your head down as you will not be able to proof otherwise when you check out. lesson learned i guess
