The house is really comfortable and nice, with a stunning view. We met the owners who are super nice and welcoming. I would definitely recommend it..

The intendant was not responsive via the chat on booking. This could be improved.

The view is great. The rooms were spacious and we had everything we needed.

The front gate was a little frustrating trying to enter the property. The code wouldn't open the gate and the side gate was locked.

We were staying in the Maisonette house. It is well equipped for your comfortable stay: kitchen has all the things you need for cooking and there is a small TV if you want to watch local channels. The house also has an AC with which you can warm the house too (it can get cold at night). My favorite part of the property is location: it is just right next to the ocean and has amazing views around. You can enjoy a great sunset just 5 min away from you. It is also located close to some amazing locations. The host was nice to leave some snack for us, which were amazing to find because we were really hungry upon arrival. He has also kindly allowed us to check-out later.

The issue with ants mentioned in other reviews is still there. It didn't bother us much, you just need to make sure not to leave anything on the counter. Also, there can be a lot of flies even with the mosquito net on windows. Tiny downside of the location is that there are not many supermarkets around, so you need to drive 15 min to get to a proper one.

We had an amazing week in Mosteiros! Arriving in the morning we were allowed to check in earlier. It is a complex of 3 houses of different sizes. We were in a one-bedroom house, the smallest one. It has a large bedroom with a very comfortable bed and mattress. All recently renewed. Also it has a small area around the house, which includes bbq, table etc and parking place for your car next to your door. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary, including such details as kitchen paper and napkins High silling and a lot of natural light. Big space in the bathroom. Shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer which is very useful in this climate. Very green shared garden territory, amazing views to the ocean! We spent 1 week in Mosteiros and another week in Nordeste, to see all the island without rush. And it was the best decision to rent this house. Very close to almost all important tourist spots of this part of the island. Check in and check out impersonal, with keys in the locker and the code via link. There are few bars and restaurants in this village, and a small grocery shop in about 10 minutes walking. We enjoyed staying there and if we get back to Sao Miguel we definitely will stay there again. Thank you for everything and good luck!

If I would write this review right away after the stay I would definitely find some imperfections. But after our stay in another house in Sao Miguel I realised that the this one is perfect in everything. If just to put something - is the mosquito net on the window was broken and the tube of air conditioner was making some strange noises in the night when windy.

This was a lovely 2-bedroom bungalow with great views of the ocean from each room, a small garden and private parking. It's right next to the rugged, black volcanic shoreline and only a short walk to a sunset bar. A quiet retreat from city life, with only the sounds of the ocean to lull you to sleep at night. Super clean. The agents were very helpful and quick to respond to questions.

The kitchen is well equipped but lacked a couple of basics such as cooking oil, pepper and spices. If I'm being picky the lighting in the kitchen / dining area is poor but otherwise everything is great.

Collection of keys and getting into the property was easy. Throughout the property was clean, and comfortable providing everything you need

Electronic locking system might be state of the art but we did struggle using it, ended up using normal keys, which also did not not work always how you would expect. Apparently it is a little thing thing but still - annoying
