Great location. Property has everything needed for a long weekend, but could have stayed longer very happily.

Would recommend parking in the town itself, as parking out front is a bit tight. Only a very short walk.

"An excellent break in a comfortable cottage in a wonderful area."

10.0

Excellent location close to all amenities. Plenty of facilities in the kitchen. Even though we hadn’t brought our dogs we loved the provision of dog bowls and towel! Lots of fuel for the wood stove appreciated.

Maybe a little heating when we arrived.

"Lovely cottage nestled in the Yorkshire Dales"

8.0

Gorgeous location. Perfect for exploring the Yorkshire Dales. Well equipped. Comfortable beds. Modern clean bathroom. Reclining chairs were lovely after a long days walking. Three pubs in the main square just behind the property.

It could have been cosy if we’d just been a bit warmer. The house is heated by the log burner in the lounge but despite us managing to get a roaring fire going the lounge never really heated up and the radiators were only warm. It would be too cold in winter without other heating. Some noise from the passageway next to the pub at the back of the house, there is seating provision there for smokers and some were loud later on.
