Excellent location

It was tricky getting into the key lock box and it's quite a steep step down into the kitchen which would benefit from a hand rail.

Location

Lack of outside space, only tiny area at front door to sit and dog friendly but no outside area for dog. Not enough photos on website of cottage

Walks close by. Dishwasher and washing machine very handy. Nice little cottage well placed

Only 1 hand towel between 3 adults. Hoover had a 2 pin plug but no plug adapter. Had to hunt for tea towel and washing up sponge. Didn't seem to be as much cutlery as last year when we stayed there.

Lovely stay in Middleham and the cottage was very well equipped for all we needed. Literally in the midst of everything and close to pubs and cafe. Great starting place for walks which are plentiful.
