Please inform Mt Lyford Holiday Homes in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that there is a 2.25% charge when you pay with a credit card. If you wish to pay cash please advise at time of booking. Bed linen and cleaning fee will be charged unless specifically requested not to have these services at least 24 hrs before arrival. Please note that there is an NZ $30 charge per day (2 day minimum use) to use the hot tub provided in the 3-bedroom chalets. This is not available in the 4-bedroom house. Please note that all children, including infants, are counted as part of the occupancy of the room. All additional guests, including infants, will incur an extra charge.
