Locatie vlakbij natuurlijke en mooie zwembadjes en op wandelafstand van het strand.

We hadden bij het boeken en nogmaals een week op voorhand een babybedje aangevraagd en het werd telkens bevestigd. Bij aankomst (vlak na onze vlucht, na 20u, onze kruipende peuter was heel moe) merkten we dat het babybedje nergens te vinden was. Onmiddellijk gebeld, ze zeiden dat ze alles gingen doen om het op te lossen en ons terug zouden contacteren. Na een uur zelf opnieuw gebeld, helaas hadden ze nog niets gedaan en ze waren heel onvriendelijk. Na zelf een 3e keer te bellen hebben ze eindelijk de eigenaar gecontracteerd en toen was het op 15 min opgelost, het was toen al 22u. Het babybed stond in de vochtige schuur (waarvan wij niet de sleutel hadden). Het huisje was ook niet echt geschikt voor een gezin. De 2e 'slaapkamer' was in de living, en je moest er door om naar de hoofdslaapkamer te gaan, en de deuren waren niet stil. In het huisje heb je helaas ook geen enkele connectie met de mooie tuin.

L' emplacement, à 10 minutes à pied du centre du village et de la plage et à 2 minutes des piscines naturelles. Joli endroit. Grande maison, très fonctionnelle avec un joli jardin et 2 hamacs pour faire la sieste!

Un des lits dans le salon n' était pas fait à notre arrivée et nous avons dû attendre après le repas du soir pour que le personnel vienne. La salle de bain avait une fuite au niveau de la douche et nous avons dû éponger après chaque douche. La machine à laver ne sentait pas bon du tout.

The property is situated in a wonderful location, just across the road from the natural pools, and boasts a wonderful view from the rooftop terrace. There is everything you need to stay comfortably with a family for several days (we stayed 4 nights): comfortable beds, kitchen utensils, fridge, washing and drying machine (very useful in winter time!), barbeque, etc. Our host Joana welcomed us warmly, showed around the property and was in touch during our stay. A great bonus was that there is a private parking on the property and a minimart at a walking distance. There is a large, picturesque garden behind the property - a stunning place to enjoy greenery with a cup of coffee! Thank you Natureza Vulcânica for the wonderful stay!

Not exactly something we didn't like, rather "good to have": travelling in winter time, we realized it can be very humid in the house, also some dirt can get into the house with the hiking boots. The floor in the kitchen can be very slippery when mopped and doesn't dry quick, so it would be great to have some dry cloths for the floor or maybe a rug by the door

The location was great! Footsteps from the Atlantic Ocean and small, quaint "beaches" and natural pools. And Steve's Sunset Hut, too, where they have THE BEST red and white sangrias I've ever tasted at VERY cheap prices. The back patio, kitchen area, and garden area were very nice amenities but we didn't take advantage of them as much as we could have. Also rooftop access was nice, too. This house had a very nice kitchen and refrigerator, and having a washer and dryer was also helpful. Also the dedicated and off-street driveway was nice to park the car.

The shower basin seemed to leak a bit, which was frustrating. And we slept with the house windows, including the bedroom window, open, but there were some morning noises that we could have done without, but that's the price of island living I suppose.

Location was google for us. The outdoors was really nice very nice usable yard.

Ants everywhere, bedroom kitchen everywhere, the drains were very slow standing in inch and half water in shower. Manager answered any questions but mostly did nothing to help figure things out

Location is awesome. One minute from ocean. Mosteiros is very calm village with all you need for relax. Garden is huuuge and so nice.

Nothing

This was my 3rd stay in the house already, and most of the things in and around the house were very good, as expected. Everything is clean and tidy on arrival, and the garden very well-kept.

There were a few ants in the kitchen, and a few cockroaches at night, but nothing too worrisome. The duvet was smelling a bit of old sweat and needs to be replaced. After the first night I removed it from the bedroom and slept in my sleeping bag instead. The hammocks and cushions for the outside benches were nowhere to be found, and even the staff didn't know where they were. The local staff is nice and eager to support with text-based informations, but apparently not overly motivated to assist with issues which required their physical presence. Communication was also a bit strange sometimes.

Better response to needs such as toilet paper.
