Comfortable , bright and clean

A chair and chest of drawer in the bedrooms and some hooks in the bathroom would have been great - otherwise all good .

The house is well located near the beach and all is rather new. Communication is clear, Kitchen is perfect to make dinners. Location was really quiet.

House needs some maintenance, stair railing was missing (dangerous), bathroom sink stopper cannot close, fridge did not close easily, leaving a constant peep.

Nice backyard and great community. Place was clean and rooms were comfortable.

Ant problem in backyard and house

Very clean and well laid out property, lovely garden and great to have some garden furniture, shower room excellent. The location was just what we hoped for, very central for the things we wanted to do.

We would have liked more kitchen equipment, a microwave would have been helpful and a couple more baking trays, there is just the one that we could find. The only other thing is the staircase, we did not appreciate how steep and narrow the stairs would be, we visited with my 85 year old Mum who is very able but they were a challenge! We absolutely appreciate this is just how it is but perhaps an access statement for the property would be helpful?
