Sunset Cottage

Naprostý klid. Ráno po svítání zpěv cikád. Pláž 5 minut pěšky. Dobrá poloha ve střední části ostrova ideální pro výchozí bod pro výlety po ostrově. Krásná zahrada a několik zákoutí k posezení.

Nemám co vytknout.

Wspaniali Gospodarze, piękny ogród, cudowna okolica. Spokojna plaża, dojście 5 min. dosyć stromą ścieżką. Zielona okolica, piękne stare gaje oliwne. Cisza, spokój. Wspaniałe rodzinne tawerny w okolicy.

We had the most wonderful vacation at the Sunset Cottage. The house has two full bedrooms and a large kitchen/living area with everything in it from TV to dishes, pots etc. and a big fridge. What we liked most about it is the numerous possibilities to lay down, sit, lounge on the property, lots of chairs, hamock, chezlongs etc. Also the two eating areas outside one on hte porch and one in the garden. The "Garden" is huge with olive trees and other vegetation and very shady. Also we used the BBQ. We have a littel pet dog and he was very happy exploring the property, the only thing that didn't work out for him were the cats that just woudn't play with him. Thre are two possibilities for going to the beach, the short one is 7-10 min and goes to the wild beach of St Nocolas , the road is a bit tricky as it gos on the bottom o a gulley formed by rain water and there are two diffcult spots that are of medium difficulty to a fit person, the second beach is at Paramonas and has a paved road to it, takes about 15-20 min on foot. The second beach also has two tavernas that offer a very good spot to lounge during a spectacular sunset. Snorkeling is good at the wild beach, very interesting underwate relief, some fishes and lots of algae. A perfect vacation.

The internet was rather weak, but understandable as the house, and the nearby village are pretty remote.

Absolutely amazing place. From the backyard you can see fantastic olive grove and sunset between those trees, that indeed is a spectacular scenery. We traveled with two kids and it was nice to know that the teretory is closed and they can feel free to play all around it. As a huge bonus for kids entertainment were three grey cats that welocomed us every morning and evening, they are very friendly and allow kids to pet them and to play with them as well. Worth to mention that the host was very welcoming. Also, time from time he gave us compliments such as fruits, local bakery, etc., wich was very nice and pleasent. Absolutely liked this place!

For me everything was perfect. Though someone might find that the way to the nearest beach is not very simple as you need to go very narrow path downhill, but note that only because of that you will get almost a private beach :)

The house and the garden are amazing. The olive trees in the garden make it ideal for hot summer days - it's a great place to nap. The hosts were very friendly and hospitable. When we arrived the fridge was stocked with fresh fruit, juice, water wine, and fresh eggs.
