Location was convenient to where we wanted to go

Nothing could be better it was just perfect

Wonderful welcome, lovely interior - clean, cosy and comfortable with lovely sea views. Excellent WiFi and walking distance to restaurants, two cafes and a two pubs. Access to forest walks from rear and short drive (few mins) to town centre.

Spent Christmas in this charming cozy cottage. Anne, the host had it all decorated for Christmas and the fire was set on arrival. Comfortable bed and beautiful decor, with all we needed and more. Would highly recommend a stay at this little gem.

Loved everything

It was such a cosy ,well equipped cottage. The host had everything you could imagine. The view was amazing especially the sunrise over the sea. Easy access to the forest out the back gate. So close to the pub for dinner.

The cottage was immaculately presented and very cosy. It had everything I needed and was situated in a beautiful setting overlooking the sea. The host Anne was extremely helpful and very responsive. It was so good I stayed an extra night.

We loved this cottage. It was spotlessly clean, cosy, in a great location (we had breakfast in the garden with a perfect sea view and a view all the way to the end of the town). It was like a home from home. It had all we needed for our stay. It is pet friendly and our host, Anne, was genuinely welcoming of our dog Jess. We will definitely book Anne’s cottage again if we’re travelling to Newcastle. It’s a lovely town, the highlight for us was Tollymore National Park. It’s beautiful.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Anne was a lovely host and the house was spotless. Lovely view, so cosy and relaxing.
