Very kind and welcoming host, easy to find the reception, the host was immediately available, didn't have to wait. The place was pretty great, with decent size, good territory and fun activities for children (our kids loved the buggy cars and resident pet bunny and cats). They also organized an easter egg hunt - great idea!

The cleanliness in the room was not great, we were walking in our apartment in socks and they were dirty immediately, it looks like they vacuum the floors, but don't wash them. The overflowing garbage bin was right in front of our bedrooms' windows, which was not a pleasant site. Noise isolation is poor, you can hear everything when in the bedroom trying to sleep. A salad bowl would be nice, too. The beds are all individual and quite narrow, pillows were not comfortable - should have taken mine.
